ABSTRACT: Life challenges one’s knowledge and mental stamina. Success depends on our drive, mental/emotional capacity and resources. When success isn’t met, we feel deflated, unmotivated and worthless, this workshop will discuss these challenges and what we need to consider to regain our self-confidence to continue pursuing our goals. A critical component to the success is self-assessment. It also means assessing our ‘Why’. We will walk through the Self-Discovery Journal and walk away with clarity. We will address how one can implement strategies to avoid or overcome Imposter Syndrome to reach the highest probability of achieving success. Gail helps inspire and empower women who lost confidence or feel unworthy from self-doubt or failure, learn how to regain self-esteem through self-discovery, overcome imposter syndrome so they can realize their value, take controllable action, and redefine their success.
