Welcome to Happy Body, Mind & Soul blog!


I can't believe I'm saying that. I just created happybodymindsoul.com website six weeks ago and now I'm adding a blog. It surprise me how easy it is these days to create something. I still remember my first job when I had to convince small businesses and entrepreneurs to have their own website! I digress.



Anyhow, if you haven't read My Story yet, this space came about because I had a big inspiration and desire to share my new found knowledge! It's like buying the best product that transform your life and you just had to recommend it to everyone you know!


It all started when I took The Science of Well-Being course at YALE University offered through Coursera which I took during this global pandemic. Shout out to Dr. Laurie Santos, a psychology professor for not only teaching how our brain works but how we can re-wire it!

It's basically a psychology course on how to lead a happy life! How cool is that? I'll write about it in another blog post.


Since taking the course, I have developed a healthy mindset and formed healthy habits and I want to share that amazing experience and brain hacks with as many people who want to start their overall well-being journey. I'm proud to say that since then, it's been six months that I've been practicing daily yoga and meditation. Shout out to Yoga with Adriene! LOVE LOVE LOVE her. Thank you so much Adriene for enabling me to practice at home and for free! Also recommend Daily Yoga app for meditation. Audible has some good ones too!


Gradually, I have seen a shift in myself. I learn how to worry less (very helpful during this pandemic) and just be grounded, to be present. Since then, I've been consuming audiobooks about mindfulness, being present, mind hacking, changing your brain, manifesting your dreams and anything in between. I love listening to audiobooks and a highly recommend you get yourself a subscription to Scribd or Audible. Click this link to get 60 days of free reading/listening on Scribd. Audible offers free 30 days trial as well. It's the best gift you can give anyone or yourself especially around the holidays.


My goal in creating this space is to help more people discover that being happy is achievable, even if you don't have the perfect body, nor have lots of money or living a perfect life (like those you see in the 'gram). And that's science-based and there are plenty of studies (and TED talks) to prove it! I'll write about strategies I learned from The Science of Well-Being in the future.

Well, I'm inviting wellness experts to offer free events from meditation, fitness, nutrition, life hacks and free coaching sessions so feel free to check back on the Retreats section.


Get to know our Wellness Partners and book your free consultation with them to see if you are a good fit with each other. Coaching is afterall a very personal journey.

There will be more who will be coming on board in the near future and I'm excited to interview them and get to know their personal wellness journey and how they can help!


There will also be guest bloggers, mostly from our wellness experts who will be sharing their expert tips about dealing with stress, anxiety, weight loss, etc. Ultimately, the goal is achieving a happy body, mind and soul, right?


But you know what I'm more excited about? To curate in-person retreats in the near future when travel and in-person meeting is much safer for everyone. Bali, anyone? We are doing this in 2021! I'm manifesting it and claiming from the Universe that it will happen!
